This 6 month Audio CD program is designed for participants who want to delve deeper into their own inner process while learning about the fundamentals of coaching. You will also receive 6 hours of personal coach training by an experienced Life Coach.

Participants of this program will also be expected to give 12 hrs of pro-bono coaching over the duration of 6 months guided by their own personal coach. Your personal coach is a previously certified Life Coach or has graduated from the Sura Flow practitioner program and will be matched according to your needs and intentions.

Integrated Life Coach Training includes meditation, energy management practices and self-homework. It is recommended that participants be open to committing 15-20 hrs a month to receive the most from this training course. Self-practice work includes writing and meditation. Participants will also learn how to synthesize various holistic practices as part of their coaching offering.

* This training is unique in that the participant also explores his/her own discovery process.
