In this 6-week online course series, leaders are given an opportunity to learn and practice meditation in a structured, relaxing format through real-time video stream with experienced Meditation Trainer & Executive Coach, Sura.
In Leading Edge, Sura coaches you on how to: establish basic meditation skills that empower your team to manage stress, maintain focus, and more easily make key decisions. To ensure your results match your needs Sura personalizes your training to meet your goals. Her focus on small, flexible teams means she can provide the ample support and guidance you need to maintain a successful meditation practice while achieving your coaching goals.

Each week you begin with a guided practice that includes concentration, awareness and intention setting. You’ll be provided with a meditation sequence that you can practice at your home or office in as little as five to ten minutes a day.
